Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The packaging was tampered with
- The product quality is not as described
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds do NOT apply to:
- Products already opened or used
- Incorrect orders caused by customer mistake during checkout
- Items damaged after delivery
- Bulk orders already repacked or resold
How Refunds Are Processed
- Send proof (pictures/videos) via WhatsApp or email
- Once confirmed, refund will be processed within 2–5 working days
- Refund is issued to the original payment method or account

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier companies, although we assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
